Our machines combine the functions of guillotine and punch press in a single unit. Laminated sheets or mono layer substrates are automatically loaded into the unit which first cuts them into strips before punching out the individual cards with a high degree of precision.
The use of robots for blank transport ensures high speed and high precision positioning (0,05 mm).
The basic function of our machines is to directly process laminated sheets, or mono layer substrates without any intermediate processing. Sheets are auto fed into an automatic 3 axes print registration system. Punch card quality is guaranteed across a wide range of substrates. Thanks to the highly advanced technologies in use, our die-cutting machines ensures higher quality and production.
