PETG
PET-G, also known as glycolised polyester, is one of our products used in the production of cards. The "G" represents glycol modifiers, which are incorporated to minimize brittleness and premature aging.

PET-G films are amorphous, meaning the polymer molecules are not aligned or ordered within the material. As a result, PETG has many features similar to PVC with similar temperature resistance and durability.

PET
Bo-Pet (Bi-Oriented Pet)
Our white bi-oriented pet films are one or two sides treated, to achieve permanent adhesion with inks, varnishes as well as magnetic stripes. Thanks to their high wettability - over 60 dynes - they are specifically studied both to be printed with offset systems and to provide excellent bonding with magnetic stripes.
PS mono layer

Hi-PS
High Impact Polystyrene (HI-PS) offers a consistent, easily printed matte surface for two sided printing applications. This polystyrene product, available in sheet, is especially suitable for Lithographic printing of cards. It is extruded in white mono-colour and is “corona” treated in order to have a long lasting surface tension.

PS white/black/white

Hi-PS
white/black/white
Same peculiarities of the Hips before described. The only difference consists that it is co-extruded with a black film inbetween (three-layer-film), which makes the film itself highly opaque.

PVC

White shiny PVC for the production of scratch, promotional, magnetic credit and fidelity cards. The surface is especially suited for offset UV curing inks. Easy lamination and easy to match with any sort of overlay.
